2. Collection and storage of personal data, and the nature and purpose of its use

When you access our website at www.inits.io and cal.inits.io, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server.   • there is a legal obligation to disclose the data under Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR,
  • this is legally permissible and necessary under Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of contractual relationships with you, and
  • we have a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR and your interests do not outweigh ours within the meaning of Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies are used.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information is used to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to the use of the website.

When the inits.io website is accessed, the chat widget is loaded as a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. From a technical standpoint, the chat widget is source code that runs on your computer and enables the chat function.

6. Videos

To present our product offering to customers in a clear and illustrative way, we use videos on our website that are provided by YouTube. To protect your privacy as effectively as possible, we use the enhanced privacy mode, so that data is only collected once you click to play the video.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 15 to 20 and Art. 77 GDPR.

10. Analytics tool: LeadInfo

LeadInfo identifies the name and address of companies based on the IP addresses that visit this website. The IP address is processed in pseudonymized form. This data is used to analyze the use of our website and to compile reports on website activity.
